This savory sweet treat was my first venture into the sumptuous world beyond traditional toffee flavors and textures. Its bursts of fruit colors and lighter, white chocolate bring visions of sunshine, beaches and soft breezes beckoning you to an island paradise. The sweet, buttery, crunchy toffee base, white chocolate and a touch of vanilla, reminds me of delicious custard. I love how the mango-ginger fusion excites with fruity sweetness and a bright, summery orange color. Finally, there’s a little extra crunch from our kitchen roasted sesame seeds and lightly salted macadamia nuts plus a spike of rum and spices to fulfill its tropical theme. The name Blondie was inspired by the colors of the ingredients and I’m a blonde, so it felt right.
Our purely irresistible toffee is handcrafted in small batches and uses local ingredients whenever possible. We offer eleven varieties of melt-in-your-mouth creations (with more scrumptious flavors on the way). Each delectable flavor is available in our Triangle Treat, one-third pound, half-pound, one-pound, and two-pound beautiful boxes.

How We Started
Lori Darr, CEO and Founder, started her toffee journey in her Park City, Utah kitchen building on her mother’s beloved recipe. She began experimenting with flavor and texture combinations, many of them inspired by the seasons. She loves bringing you purely irresistible toffee–like you’ve never tasted before.

I am normally a die hard dark chocolate fan, but I make an exception for this toffee. The flavors are perfect together, and who can resist macadamia nuts?! This is some of the best toffee I’ve ever eaten and it is hard to pick one favorite flavor, but Blondie is a strong competitor as my favorite.
