Waking up to a sunny winter morning with frost glittering on branches with berries, holiday memories danced in my mind inspiring me to create a new holiday toffee. Reflections on the delightful taste of peppermint candy canes, and this wintery scene started me thinking about white chocolate as a blanket of fresh fallen snow and drizzled dark chocolate became the bare branches. The sweet spark of peppermint crunch combined with the creaminess of the white chocolate, the richness of the dark chocolate, and the buttery melt-in-your-mouth toffee, led me to add a burst of heat from pink peppercorns. To crystalize this sweet and salty confection, I added a dash of Pink Himalayan sea salt as a finishing touch. Our purely irresistible toffee is handcrafted in small batches and uses local ingredients whenever possible. We offer eleven varieties of melt-in-your-mouth creations (with more scrumptious flavors on the way). How We Started
Lori Darr, CEO and Founder, started her toffee journey in her Park City, Utah kitchen building on her mother’s beloved recipe. She began experimenting with flavor and texture combinations, many of them inspired by the seasons. She loves bringing you purely irresistible toffee–like you’ve never tasted before.
