    Traditional Dark – artisan dark chocolate from Madagascar matched with the luxurious flavor and texture of coarsely chopped cashews gathered in a harmonious medley with our creamy, crunchy, buttery toffee and a sprinkle of sea salt for a delicate salty sweet balance
    Tartan Turtle – buttery toffee layered and drizzled plaid with artisan bean-to-bar milk and dark chocolates, our own caramel sauce made with cream and Madagascar vanilla, all topped with whole roasted pecans and cashews
    Summit – Dried cranberries, apricots and golden raisins celebrate the autumn palette. Apple brandy accentuates the fruit flavors. The artisan bean-to-bar chocolate is Wasatch after our famed Utah mountain range – its intense blend of cacao beans a perfect partner for the pistachios, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, all dry roasted and lightly salted in our kitchen for ultimate freshness, then delectably paired with our sweet, buttery, toffee. Adding a dash of green tea leaves blesses Summit with an inviting earthy taste.
    Blondie – The sweet, buttery, crunchy toffee base, white chocolate and a touch of vanilla, reminds me of delicious custard. I love how the mango-ginger fusion excites with fruity sweetness and a bright, summery orange color. Finally, there’s a little extra crunch from our kitchen roasted sesame seeds and lightly salted macadamia nuts plus a spike of rum and spices to fulfill its tropical theme.
    Tango – The dynamics begin with the zesty heat that I calmed a bit with the mild and buttery flavor of cashews. Adding to the complexity and to intensify the artisan bean-to-bar dark chocolate blend is a touch of lime sea salt and a spritz of tequila.
