A limited edition inspired by a cherished childhood memory, the chocolate cherry bar my Mom used to make. I discovered a local dried cherry that captured the ideal marriage of color, texture and tartness, paired with almonds for extra crunchiness and amaretto for a hint of nutty warmth. Borrowing from the Yin Yang School concept, I balanced dark chocolate’s tanginess with buttery, creamy white chocolate. The result?
